Website inquiries
Shepherds uses this website to explain services and help visitors prepare project inquiries. The current inquiry forms are client-side tools: the information you enter remains in your browser until you choose to open and send the prepared email.
Website inquiries
When you use a project brief, the site formats the details you entered into an email draft addressed to Shepherds. The website itself does not save the form contents to a Shepherds database.
Files
If you select artwork or reference files in the Print Project Brief, the site only includes the filenames in the prepared brief. You attach the actual files yourself in your email application before sending.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process ordinary request, security and performance information needed to operate the website. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to reflect how that information is handled.
Third-party services
Links to email, phone, scheduling, payment or other third-party services are governed by those providers' own policies when you choose to use them.
