Website inquiries
Shepherds uses this website to explain services and help visitors prepare project inquiries. The current inquiry forms are client-side tools: the information you enter remains in your browser until you choose to open and send the prepared email.
Website inquiries
When you use a project brief, the site formats the details you entered into an email draft addressed to Shepherds. The website itself does not save the form contents to a Shepherds database.
Milan consultations
Milan builds its recommendation in the browser from the information you choose to provide. The public site does not create a server-side consultation record. A plan reaches Shepherds only when you choose a direct handoff such as Text, Email, WhatsApp or Call. Milan can also create a Project Pass link that reopens the selected client-facing plan on another device; the link does not include the phone number or email address you entered. A temporary copy may be kept in the current browser session so a refresh does not erase the plan.
Files
If you select artwork or reference files in the Print Project Brief, the site only includes the filenames in the prepared brief. You attach the actual files yourself in your email application before sending.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process ordinary request, security and performance information needed to operate the website. Shepherds does not add website analytics or behavioral tracking as a default site feature. If a client chooses or already uses a compatible third-party measurement provider, that provider may be integrated by scope and its own privacy, consent and account requirements apply.
Third-party services
Links to email, phone, scheduling, payment or other third-party services are governed by those providers' own policies when you choose to use them.
