This website provides general information about Shepherds Custom Apparel and Shepherds Market Intelligence. Website content is informational and does not by itself create a contract, guarantee an outcome or commit Shepherds to accept a project.

Quotes and project scope

Any pricing, package descriptions or examples shown on the website may depend on final quantity, garments, artwork, production needs, research scope, timing and other project details. Final scope and pricing are confirmed separately.

Client-submitted materials

By sending logos, artwork, data or other materials, you represent that you have the right to share them for the requested project. Shepherds may decline material or work that cannot be used lawfully or appropriately.

Ownership and reusable Shepherds systems

Project ownership is defined by the approved scope or agreement. Clients can retain control of their domain, client data and client-provided content while Shepherds retains its pre-existing and reusable frameworks, libraries, methods, templates, engines, tools and general know-how unless a separate written agreement expressly transfers those rights. Access to a deployed site or managed system does not by itself transfer every internal development tool, repository, reusable component or proprietary Shepherds system.

Third-party and licensed components

Third-party software, fonts, media, integrations and licensed assets remain subject to their applicable licenses and terms. A project may include client-owned, Shepherds-owned and third-party components at the same time.

Confidential project information

Confidential client materials and unreleased project details are not automatically treated as public marketing material. Use of a client name, logo, screenshot, testimonial, metric or project detail may be subject to the applicable agreement or separate permission.
